Description
Our client, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting is currently seeking IT Implementation Lead to be based remotely, but within Bulgaria or Romania.
Responsibilities Reporting to the DWS Infrastructure Programme Director, you will be responsible for:
- The delivery of large cloud migration initiatives dealing with multiple parties: internal stakeholders, consultants and vendors
- Supporting Senior Technical leads decision making by developing detailed project plans and actively participating in the discussions
- Manage all aspects of implementation from inception to deployment
- Maintain contact and communication with all project team members and other participants to ensure conformance with the requirements
- Evaluate and summarize weekly project reports for management, identifying successful completions of milestones and deliverables, change management process, and any problems or issues and any follow-up action required
- Creating and maintaining appropriate artefacts such as MSP plans, RAID logs, status updates.
- Creating and maintaining strong, resilient relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders inside and outside the immediate project team.
Experience and Skillset
- 10+ years of Technical Project Management/in a hands-on project management role with a 3 year proving exposure to cloud platforms.
- Understanding of infrastructure and cloud technologies is a must; eg Google and Azure
- PM qualification (Prince 2/PMI) required
- Proficient in Project Scheduling and Project Life cycle best practices
- Organized and motivated team player, with the ability to manage multiple projects while paying close attention to detail
- Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Results oriented with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) and influencing skills
- Familiar with Jira, Confluence and other project management tools
- Skilled with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project
- Ability to thrive in a complex environment consisting of geographically dispersed and highly matrixed teams
