Learning & Development Consultant - Contract, £450 per day, 6 months initial engagement - RemoteL&D Consultant required by a large-scale company who are undergoing a major IT infrastructure upgrade programme.
This is an initial 6 month contract (inside IR35) which can be based remotely, the clients offices are in Central London.
The L&D consultant will be responsible for the analysis, development and design of training solutions for multiple products on an infrastructure programme.
This will include learning needs analysis, training design and development (E-learning, videos, guides and some instructor led),
Applicants should be familiar with E-learning tools such as Moodle.
The L&D Consultant will own the overall delivery plan, priorities and orchestration.
My client is looking for an expert in L&D design and delivery to bring best practice to the learning activities using the ADDIE methodology.
Appropriate professional learning and development qualifications (eg, CIPD Level 5) or equivalent professional experience is required.
This is an initial 6 month contract (inside IR35/through an umbrella) and interviews will be taking place next week.
