Senior Analyst Trustee & Depositary Services
TDS Senior Analyst is responsible to ensure depositary duties are performed in compliance with AIFMD and UCITS V regulations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure depositary duties are done in compliance with Laws: cash flow monitoring, NAV oversight, TA oversight, Income Distribution oversight, Timely settlement, Investment Compliance Oversight as well and recordkeeping and safekeeping monitoring
- Participate to due diligences on management companies, services providers, acceptance and onboarding, expertise center and TDS academy
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree. Specialization in Business, Finance is desirable
- Proven experience of 5 years in audit or control functions
- Knowledge regarding depositary regulations
- Experience in depositary function - would be an asset
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to quickly learn organizational structure, business strategies and processes
- Ability to resolve minor conflicts/issues using different tactics for prior to escalation
- Experience in financial services
- Work with team members to understand the needs of the business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
