Description
My high profile banking client requires a Product Manager to strengthen the liquidity risk framework and support delivery of target state (architecture and operating model) for critical liquidity risk processes.
Key responsibilities:
. Contribute to the product vision, develop a product roadmap and drive its execution aligned to Liquidity Risk objectives.
. Collaborate with senior product owners/stakeholders/users in Liquidity Risk, Quantitative Strategies and Technology and manage the product development life cycle based on their inputs, product strategies, value propositions, competitor analysis, and internal capabilities.
. Review current state and contribute to the target state architecture and operating model.
. Translate business requirements into product designs, packaging features for delivery based on incremental business value in line with product strategy.
. Abstract common platform requirements for foundational capabilities such as Data, Calculation Framework, Reporting and Analysis.
. Define product test strategy and participate in testing to ensure that the solutions and products delivered meet the business requirements.
Key requirements:
. Senior Product Manager with a strong history of delivering risk management products, tools and platforms for quant analytics.
. Strong understanding of risk management model development life cycle and domain knowledge of Investment Banking/Wealth Management. Experience in liquidity management and liquidity risk is a plus.
. Experience partnering with senior product owners/stakeholders/users and translate clear business requirements following an agile delivery approach
. Experience leading business process review and driving Target Operating Model.
. Experience with analysis of data issues, large-scale data analysis (Python, SQL) and supporting quant dev team.
. Ability to clearly manage senior stakeholders
