Client Services Supervisor (Content/Media Sales)

Role: Client Services Supervisor
Industry: Global Media (In-House)
Type: Contract
Duration: 6 months (likely extension)
IR35 Status: Inside IR35 (via Umbrella)
Pay Rate: £100 - £135 per day
Start: ASAP

CPS Group UK are delighted to be seeking a Client Services Supervisor on behalf of a leading industry name in Global Media & Content. The role, reporting to the Client Services Manager, will oversee and support implementation of new deals and their corresponding process. The Supervisor will be the interface for the day-to-day operations for the different lines of business and the first point of escalation.

The Supervisor will act as the primary contact to ensure all operational data, status and utilization reporting are maintained and distributed where needed and will work across multiple divisions to ensure common reporting are being adhere to, in order to support an agile workflow and process enabled by 3rd party providers.

Role Responsibilities

*Main contact for all general day to day queries, filtering as required to other departments or dealing with queries addressed to Client Services
*Oversee all deal requests from content sales ensuring that the Content Distribution and Content Protection team is notified, requirements documented, and timelines agreed with Director/Manager, Client Services
*Understand the detail behind all workflow for the territories supported under role: EMEA Content Sales Clusters
*Responsible for initiating the design for management presentations
*Contribute to the team, and collaborate on specific projects and opportunities to improve workflows
*Provide support to the Team Manager, including coaching the team, approving orders and working with senior stakeholders as required
*Deputise in the absence of the Manager

Required Experience

*Experience in TV Distribution/Post-Production required
*Knowledge of File based and High-Definition technology, New Media and electronic file delivery
*Excellent administrative and project management skills essential
*Familiarity with databases and structured data
*High level of computer literacy essential
*Experience of managing people an advantage
*Analytical with strong interpersonal skills for liaison across all levels of the business
*Superb communication skills, written and oral
*Proactive, diligent and evidenced ability to influence
*Good understanding of MS Office products
*Advanced computer literacy and basic broadcast engineering knowledge
*Keen interest in emerging technology, broadcast TV and online TV
*Strong commercial, technical and consumer understanding of digital media
*Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
