We are looking for Cloud Security Specialist with the below skills
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for life cycle support in the areas of CASB cloud strategy, CASB service delivery, and CASB infrastructure support
- Support CASB system-based processes (including scenario design, flow mapping)
- Define and implement CASB support procedures
- Manage CASB business requirements
- Create the new CASB process design and contribute to solutions prototyping
- Perform CASB project tasks independently, and may assist in the efforts of others
- Anticipate CASB client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
- Review CASB solution deliverables for accuracy and quality
- Contribute to new CASB business and proposal development
- Test and train the Service Desk support team to deliver CASB first level support
- Provide Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering in support of CASB service delivery
Experience:
- Prior professional experience in Cloud & Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering including SaaS, PaaS and IaaS infrastructures
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives in a changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
- Ability to isolate problems between hardware and software and provide information to the appropriate team(s)
- Minimum Education: Technical bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience.
or below skills
- Professional experience architecting and operating solutions built on (in order of preference): Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Experience with Hypervisors (in order of preference): VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM.
- Industry certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, CISSP or CCSP preferred
- Hands-on knowledge with network troubleshooting using tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, Traceroute, and MTR
- Experience with Forcepoint DLP preferred
- Become a Zscaler cloud services expert through self study, company training, and a desire to excel
