As part of the Events team in integration you will be working to a Scrum framework with a diverse team of highly skilled and supportive engineers. You will be responsible for contributing to the development of this new strategic product which uses Kafka for its event driven architecture. It is expected that you have hands on experience with Kafka and the required skills. The team have product, DWP and agile knowledge with an empowering delivery manager and enthusiastic team members.
1. Working knowledge of configuring, monitoring, maintaining and supporting a Kafka cluster (Zookeeper, Kafka Brokers, Schema Registry)
2. Working knowledge of using Packer & Ansible to build AWS AMIs
3. Working knowledge of Terraform to provision EC2 instances, setup security groups, iam roles
