Process Management - Process Mapping - Financial Services
6 months contract opportunity
Liverpool
Paying up to £520/day (via umbrella).
Gibbs Hybrid is seeking candidates with a proven track record in managing a Process Mapping function or working within a project to deliver this.
They will demonstrate knowledge of basic architecture principles alongside mapping and modelling best practice and techniques.
They will be expected to support the start up of a Process Management function including;
*Implementation of process and procedures to support the team including change management
*Communication of procedures to the wider company
*Escalate issues relating to the process and quality of the maps as required
*Conduct workshops/walkthroughs as required to confirm quality and updates to the maps
*Validate quality and consistency of existing process maps
Required Skills:
*Basic Process Architecture principles
*Process Decomposition & Hierarchies
*SIPOC
*Value Stream Mapping
*Experience in mapping and modelling best practices and techniques
*Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
*Relational Datamodelling
*Continuous Improvement techniques (Such as Lean Six Sigma)
*Experience in using BPM software (such as; iGrafx)
*Strong analytical and facilitation skills
*Good communication skills
Advantageous:
*Knowledge and experience of financial business processes
*Experience in implementing a Process Architecture team
