Description
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst, with Service Management experience, on an initial 6 month contract!
This role is office based, but will involve some working from home due to Covid restrictions.
Ideally, you should have 5-10 years Business Analysis experience (Business Process Management Notation -BPMN- knowledge), be fluent in English and should have experience in Service Management processes (ITIL certification-v3/4 and ServiceNow knowledge are a plus).
Key Responsibilities:

Document existing processes (special focus on BAG management portfolio)

Collaborate with multiple internal teams to drive process design/reengineering

Develop operational plans to improve manual processes and automate where possible

Investigate systematic problems and business issues, consult key stakeholders, document proposed solutions

Work with technical teams to provide documented business and technical requirements to automate solutions with technology

Share best practices and mentor teams and share knowledge
