For one of our clients, within the logistics industry we are currently recruiting a Senior BI Manager for an ad interim role.
The client is in The South of Netherlands and is one of the biggest companies within the logistic domain.
Responsibilities:
- Stakeholders' management.
- Leading the BI team and focus on improvement and the continuation of the projects
- Responsible for management of the day-to-day Azure dev/ops.
- 2 days on site is a must.
- You will lead and coach with other BI consultants on the team on a day-to-day basis and develops and grows the team's maturity.
- Develops, builds, tests, and maintains the data warehouse and its semantic models.
- Identifies and defines data quality improvement opportunities in the organisation and existing applications (mainly ERP) and drives improved data consistency in these applications.
Requirements:
- Experienced leader and team player with a pro-active 360 approach to people.
- Positive influencer and motivator of people.
- Manages a reliable and well-planned delivery stream that the business can rely on.
- Strong functional knowledge of BI and proven track record in managing a broad data domain.
- Several years' experience in BI leadership and data-driven strategies.
- Strong drive for innovation and exploring/pushing the boundaries of technology.
- Empowers and develops a growing team with high educational levels.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Likes the excitement and challenges of a business in transformation and projected for growth.
