Description
The key purpose of the Data Insight Analyst role is to
Produce & track key performance indicators, in particular the weekly Product Experience Metric (PEM) & Monthly Insight reporting, which includes:
Monitor & audit data quality
Manipulate, analyse & interpret complex data sets
Pinpoint trends, correlations & patterns in complex data sets
Provide concise data reports & clear data visualisations

Before this role, the successful candidate will ideally have spent time in a customer experience or insight role in a digital subscription business
