My client is looking for a Digital/IT Trainer or a SME who is looking to utilise their technical skills and transition into training to assist the creation of new technical skills/learning solutions across the wider business.
Key Requirements
- Experienced in generic IT projects within one of the below;
- Cloud computing - AWS, Google Cloud
- Programming - Python, C, C++, Java
- DevOps
- IT Networks - Ethernet, Switches, Routers, network design, Client Server systems
- Advanced Office skills - VBA, Scripting etc
- Cyber Security Awareness - inc. GDP
- Operating Systems - Github, Linux or Gitlab
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders at all levels to design, build and deploy technical solutions
- Confident to undertake conversations with subject matter experts and work in partnership
- Successful delivery with impact Experience of creating E-learning content using tools such as Articulate Experience of working with external providers to deliver technical skills/learning solutions
- Applied experience of developing learning/technical skills solutions in areas such as quality/IT/technology/cyber/data/agile/supply chain Applied experience of developing learning processes/policies in areas such as HR/strategic workforce planning/Business Intelligence systems
