Description
- Support Scenario Monitoring platform Administration L3 Tasks- Animate and participate to architecture workshop (internal and external)
- Performs the ITIL based support processes that include incident, problem, change,
configuration, and event management.
- Creation and update of JIRA user stories.- Contribution to team Confluence documentation.
- Analyses console messages, diagnoses system failures and takes corrective action in
order to ensure continuity of operations, escalating to other technical teams and
vendors as needed.

- Supervises system backup processing, and leads disaster recovery tests

- Ensures the provisioning of new software packages and upgrades
- Maintains the infrastructure in operational condition in line with OLA/SLAs
- Monitors and tracks system performance against negotiated service-level agreements
(SLAs).
- Acts as visionary to proactively assist in defining the direction for future IT Products &
Services and validates product designs.
- Collaborates with other Architects, systems analysts, and developers to deliver the
highest quality solutions via cutting edge technologies.
- Participates in all phases of the application development life cycle including research
and design, development, testing, implementation and support.
- Aligns architecture strategy with the organization's business goals and long- term
strategic planning for the organization's Information systems.
- Performs the technical/functional design of the application and infrastructure
components of a new solution according to the defined functional design.
