Fantastic contract opportunity for an experienced Human-Centred Design Specialist to join a world leading and highly prestigious organisation.

The role of the Human-Centred Design Specialist is to ensure that both my clients Technology and where relevant, other Capabilities, deliver an efficient, effective and consistent customer and/or employee experience across all touchpoints and at all stages of relevant customer or employee journeys.

Core knowledge

Maintain a high level of knowledge in the Human-Centred Design/Customer Experience (CX) domain and complementary methods, eg Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking, etc.

Develop and maintain a good knowledge of clients technology processes

Transfer knowledge and expertise to other members of the Strategy & Architecture and wider Technology teams, if necessary by running formal training

If required, provide advice to and/or seek to learn from other Member Firms, client teams and/or clients that are seeking to implement or improve their use of Customer Experience methods in technology

In order to be a good match for this contract you will have experience of the following:

Good empathy and listening skills; ability to collaborate with a wide variety of people in the business, to put yourself in their shoes, and to understand their needs and motivations as customers

Ability to run compelling workshops, ie to extract and challenge information, and guide participants through unknown territory to identify and resolve CX issues

An aptitude for CX technology, data management and analytics, ie to read and interpret customer data and to extract useful information that can be acted upon

Ability to articulate the value of technology to a non-technical audience in a clear and compelling fashion

Good understanding of design thinking, human-centred design and Agile methods, and the ability to apply this to develop solutions to business problems

Good understanding of accessibility requirements and technology

5+ years of experience in Customer and Employee Experience
