Major IT services provider require a Senior Microsoft Teams Consultant (MS Teams) remote Working UK or Europe
MS Teams, SKYPE for Business
You will be responsible for Microsoft Teams projects and participate in migrations and implementations.
Fully competent with Microsoft TEAMS including enterprise voice and Multi Tenant management.
Experience of solution architecture, design (HLD/LLD) and migrations across full life cycle projects.
Able to handle wide variety of tech issues within a hybrid Teams/Skype for Business environment ranging from general use cases to complex Direct Routing/Conferencing/Response Group type scenarios
Have good understanding of traffic flows for different modalities, call routing, Session Border Controllers (Sonus & Audiocodes), native and 3PIP endpoint devices
Tech Experience required
MS Teams with knowledge on call routing
MS Teams Call queues and Auto attendant
SKYPE for Business
Knowledge in gateways Ribbon/audicodes is a plus
Remote working in the UK, France or rest of Europe
