Senior Product Manager- Perm- Birmingham/RemoteWe are currently recruiting for a Senior Product Manager in Platform Support for a public sector client of ours
You will be accountable for providing leadership and direction for the delivery teams with responsibility for products in their remit
You will be responsible for providing day-to-day management of suppliers who will deliver various product development capabilities
You will be accountable for defining and maintaining product strategy and vision, supporting the business to define a future strategy for products, and subsequent product requirements.
You will be accountable for the development and maintenance of product roadmaps.
You will be responsible for leading and assisting in elements of programme management activity.
Key Skills
Ability to successfully lead teams through the full product life cycle.
Ability to identify which tools and techniques should be used at each stage.
Ability to identify and deal with potential risks across or between all stages of the product life cycle.
Agile working. You know how to coach and lead teams in Agile and Lean practices, determining the right approach for the team to take and evaluating this through the life of a project.
You can think of new and innovative ways of working to achieve the right outcomes. You are able to act as a recognized expert and advocate for the approaches, continuously reflecting and challenging the team.
