Harvey Nash are pleased to be working with our Public Sector client to recruit International Marketing Specialists at a day rate of between £250 £300 per day, inside IR35.

The roles will involve development and delivery of a number of related projects and activities which are part of the International marketing plan and which cover the run up to COP26 and also the period following up to the end of March 2022.

The key task for these roles include working as part of a small project team working in conjunction with our digital marketing and creative agency to deliver the following;

  • National prospectus development - a messaging framework and set of guidelines with examples which set out how we articulate our values-based approach to four business pillar components; Capital Investment, Inward Investment, Trade and People, skills and talent.
  • Research, planning, testing and development of a Health & well-being 'hero' proposition and associated content to compliment the existing 'hero' content on Scotland's net zero and data digital and tech capabilities and which will be central to the next phase of our international marketing campaign.
  • Refresh and development of a new set of digital content to support our international marketing campaign.
  • Research, planning, testing and development of a Trade Marketing approach to support the generation and realisation of new market opportunities.
  • Collecting and analysing customer, marketing, and web behavioural data. Testing campaigns, analysing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance.

  • Developing and presenting learnings from analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Developing digital campaign and web measurement strategies.
  • Creating dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.
  • Monitoring and analysing digital media and marketing trends.
  • Communicating and presenting to colleagues, senior managers, and clients.
  • The successful candidates should be educated to degree level or equivalent and should have a professional marketing qualification from a recognised professional body such as the CIM.

This role is currently home based. However, in the event staff are able to access offices due to easing of covid protocols and precautions, then the you may be asked to attend occasional physical meetings with other project team members, staff and sometimes staff of other agencies and offices throughout Scotland.

Please note this opportunity has been determined as inside IR35 and as such will require working via an umbrella company.
