Project Manager (Supply chain, Financial, CDM regulations)
One of my clients is looking for an experienced Project Manager within their client's Mechanical Department, reporting to the Project Director. This is a very hands-on role, initially a contract position, with the possibility for the right candidate becoming a permanent member of staff.
Hours: Monday - Friday
Duties for the Project Manager:
- Project manage equipment, replacement projects including supply chain
- Identify and quote project variations from live projects
- Deliver projects to a high standard, on time in line with company policies, CDM regulations and quoted profit margins
- Act as the point of contact for client liaison on live projects
- Produce invoicing schedules
- Maintain health and safety standards on site, including compliance with CDM regulations.
Person specification for the Project Manager:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role
- Good knowledge of CDM regulations
- Excellent Organisational Skills
- Excellent Communicational Skills
