Job Responsibilities/Objectives
1. Run Requirements Gathering Workshops to define the Solution Requirements for a Salesforce Implementation for the HR Function.
2. Conduct Future State Blueprint design and define the integration approach with Workday and MS Teams
Required Skills/Experience
1. Salesforce Portal and Access channels design.
2. Experience creating Service Management Portals and Enabling Virtual Agent, Live Chat, Knowledge Management.
3. Experience with Integrations with MS Teams and Workday are differntiators.
