Our client, a British multinational telecommunication holding company headquartered in London, require an Interaction Designer to join their thriving team.
An important element of their brand and demand marketing are their digital channels which provide a cost effective yet high impact channel for them to generate awareness and leads for their goal. They're transforming the way that their website works for the business and they're on a quest to improve traffic, conversion for key journeys and end user satisfaction across the board.
You will join a team of digital professionals across multiple disciplines to transform their key digital experiences. The successful candidate will have experience of:
- Improving customer satisfaction on websites, with a view to improving conversion rates on products/services sold on Website
- Raising the bar in design quality
- Overseeing/mentoring other designers
- E2E UX experience
- Designing customer user experiences
- Mobile platforms as well as websites
- Azure and Figma
