Smartsourcing are seeing three service transition analysts who will work within the transition team.
The candidate(s) need to be passionate about implementing quality support that underpins our services.
We are seeking people who can work well as part of project team for the successful transition into our BAU team.
You will need excellent planning, coordination and communication skills.

Certification and Experience
ITIL v3/4 foundation
3+ years of experience in either a Service Operations or Service Transition background
Demonstrable experience in analysing and maintaining data from a service operations perspective
Highly organised and able to create process documentation

This role is responsible for accepting products, determining whether they are fit for purpose and assessing product readiness against agreed service acceptance criteria
A. To be accountable for the coordination of service transition activities across multiple projects, suppliers, service teams, Platforms and Products
B. To be responsible for managing service transition resources to support successful service delivery
C. To be responsible for managing the development of successful service transition plans for each project
D. To be accountable for providing recommendations to the ' go-live', 'early-life support' and 'service acceptance' stages
E. To be accountable for managing and ensuring that acceptance criteria are understood by the wider IT operations
F. To be responsible for the shaping and delivery of transition projects and programmes to individual business needs
