Junior Project Manager - £160 - £190 Per Day (Inside IR35) - 3-6 Month Contract - Birmingham/Remote
One of my key public sector clients are currently seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their team on an interim basis supporting a number of key technical projects.
This is a key role in the IT team providing efficient and effective project and administrative support to senior staff in the planning, delivery and reporting of projects and other key areas of work
IT Project Support Officer Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project management, leading on small to medium sized projects alongside administration and project support for large and complex projects.
- Act as a key link in the IT Team and will support the realisation of project benefits through reporting and delivery.
- Required to work autonomously to produce all aspects of project documentation, including reports that will be shared at an executive level, and to prioritise work in order to support delivery of a number of work programmes concurrently.
- Use a variety of communication styles to effectively converse with both senior staff, external contractors and patients on a regular basis.
- Using a variety of systems and applications along with hard analysis skills to extrapolate intelligence from data to inform projects and improvement approaches.
- Provide enhanced project and administrative support to the Project Manager in the delivery of major projects to budget, quality and time
- Support project/programme meetings in the capacity of secretary, specifically organising meetings, preparing papers, taking notes and producing meeting minutes
