We are working with a public sector organisation that takes pride in its diverse and inclusive culture and dedication to being a great place to work. They are currently looking for a Lead Associate - Dynamics 365 Specialist to cover a maternity leave. This is a great time to join the team, working under an incredibly talented Lead Dynamics Consultant at a time that the organisation go through two major change programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to learn and develop in a collaborative team during an exciting period of change.

The Dynamics 365 Specialist will assist the delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions to the Regulator. The role will develop and implement Dynamics 365 solutions for the Systems Supporting Regulatory Activity' (SSRA) teams. A large and exciting programme to transform how this arm of the organisation operates is underway; you will play an important role in this programme as the SSRA business processes are migrated to Dynamics 365 and then, as services go live, be responsible for their ongoing development and availability; ensuring the organisation are maximising their D365 investment.

Person Specification:

  • Demonstrable experience of managing and configuring
    • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
    • Microsoft Dynamics Marketing
  • Experience of end user training for Dynamics Solutions
    • Including demonstrable experience of writing solution documentation
  • Experience of working as part of a delivery team in an Agile/Kanban environment
  • Experience of working with an external supplier/consultancy for solution delivery

This role is available as Full time fixed term appointment, and the successful appointee can work remotely predominantly and travel to the Brighton office a couple of times a month. The successful applicant will have access to the Civil Service pension scheme, 25 days per annum leave allowance and be required to work a minimum of 37 hours per week.
