Description
Domain knowledge in finance, and a specialist in ERP delivery with experience of more than 15 years
Lead complex business transformation programmes (preferably within the Public Sector) involving interaction with multiple organisations/stakeholders and led large teams
Deep experience in delivering SaaS ERP solutions, particularly Oracle Cloud ERP
Experience in managing senior client stakeholders and ability to work collaboratively to resolve conflicts
Experience in streamlining and rationalising business processes across multiple organisations in order to create a shared-services organisation
Experience in defining business needs and working with the procurement teams to carry out ERP and SI vendor selection
Ability to work in an advisory capacity helping the client to make right choices
Experience in planning and managing delivery of the Finance workstream deliverables
