Description
Project Manager Office Coordinator PMO, (PMP, Prince2, Stakeholders, Project's Deployment, Costs and budgeting)
Responsibilities
- In charge of finance reporting, latest outlooks, updates of cost plans & review of actuals,
- To handle remediation of wrong or missing bookings to project, tracking of costs, working with different project work streams to gather the updates, remind the PM to update actuals and Latest Outlook.
- Document and follow good practice to ensure the PMO/projects in scope is/are in a permanent audit readiness state
- Co-Creation of overall program plan including key milestone list alongside Vendor
- Direct project teams and maintain control of progress, quality and budget.
- Ensure a smooth transition to operations and the optimal planning and execution of all activities associated with a release.
- Manage the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from project initiation to transition to operations.
- Monitor and control project execution, establish project governance, managing risks and issues.
- Ensure effective use of resources and project management methods and tools
Requirements
- At least six years of professional experience from similar roles ideally from enterprise environment
- Experience in the planning, design, development, implementation and support to project teams of a Project Management Office
- Handy with designing project management reports
- Certification in PM environment is welcome (PMP, Prince2, ICE Silver/Gold, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross functional teams in an international environment
- Strong stakeholder management and governance approach
- Ability to assist in writing of validation documents
- Passion for learning & supporting processes and systems
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
