A major public sector client of ours is currently looking for a Systems Analyst - IT Training Materials to join their team on a contract basis developing IT training courses and preparing training materials including videos. guides and crib sheets to provide a blended training solution in the classroom, on-line and using documentation.
. To assist in all aspects of IT training provision to relevant personnel when a new system is implemented to ensure operational competency.
. In depth knowledge of systems analysis preferably with formal training in order to understand and carry out the functions required
. Production of all training and communication material
. Latest training techniques, Blended learning online training etc
. Communication skills, as there is a requirement to deal with people at all levels in numerous situations.
. To provide technical advice and assist with project management for projects to ensure objectives are attained.
. Desirable to have experience with Captivate Video Production Software and to be aware of Office 365 product set
