Description

Training Manager

Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Training Manager to work with a key client

Training and Agile experience a must
Rally experience is desirable
Jira and other project management tools experience
Experience in Agile methodologies and agile tooling
Training and change management expertise
Good presentation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and own pieces of work"

Analyse
Complete the Training Needs Assessment to identify the user groups and their training needs
Align the tooling training with any other training that will happen at a similar time within VS's
Review and incorporate lessons learnt from previous training (eg LPM, Jira training)

Design
Clarify the learning journey(s)
Design a detailed core user curriculum based on end to end LPM processes underpinning the toolset
Design initial Training Schedule & Design Scenario-based Training Materials

Develop
Develop scenario-based training materials with help of SMEs and the two central trainers
Begin to Develop the skillsets to deliver Rally training
Begin to Develop the support model for post Go-Live utilising the VS Change Network (key end users)

Deliver
Deliver a boot camp to the end users that will train new users in BAU
Deliver the Core User Training
Provide Mop Up Training post-go-live for those that cannot attend.
Hold Q&A sessions post completion of end user training

Evaluate
Review the feedback from the Core User Training
Compile the results and understand how to make the next training cycle better
Engage the Change Network Trainers (key VS end users) on success post Go-Live
