Description

Business Process Analyst with strong Process Improvement project experience required, on an initial 6 month basis based flexibly from Nottingham.

The Business Process will form part of the business' Operations Assurance function, focused on improving current processes within the organisation. You will be responsible for looking at the state of the current business and reviewing how to achieve future state through streamlining existing processes.

To be considered for this role, the applicant must have the following:
  • Demonstrable experience working on large transformation programmes previously
  • Strong Process Transformation skills
  • Strong Lean skills
  • Experience delivering process architecture
  • A flexible approach to problem solving, with the ability to quickly adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience operating in a regulated environment, preferably in consumer credit/financial services
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

The successful Business Process Analyst work closely with business units and centres of excellence to identify and define processes. This is an initial 6 month contract role based flexibly from Nottingham paying £350 pd via umbrella.
