Description
We are looking for Problem Analyst/Incident Analyst to work with our client in Leeds for Contract.
Skills Required:
- The role is to support/manage incidents raised by user's who are trying to get verified using login, in order that they can access digital healthcare services.
- We use an in-house incident management system called Cherwell, which we will train users on, but if they have any experience of Service Now or Zendesk that would be good.
- Analysts need to be reliable, have good/clear communication skills (written/verbal), be willing to learn and integrate with a growing, dedicated team.
