Senior PMO for Supply chain

BACKGROUND

Our client is launching a global and major Transformation program based on 6 projects (Customers, People,Supply Chain, HR, Data & Finance).

In order to manage the SC-program ®EDC (European Distribution Centre) we are looking for a PMO manager will provide co-ordination, governance and reporting across all Supply Chain projects being implemented in the Europe North region (BeNeLux, DACH, Nordics region). The role is mainly ensuring that all changes within the EDC due to the transformation will have no operational impact for all intern customers, named 9 European countries and DC's in other countries. (Germany is biggest Customer)

MISSIONS

  • Provide co-ordination, governance and reporting across all Supply Chain projects being implemented in the Europe North region in collaboration with the EDC Management Team.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in different business units to ensure a full understanding and buy-in from the internal customers.
  • Deliver change into the organisation through the application of 'best in class' project, programme and change management methodologies.
  • Implementation of the SC solution, and in particular the supervision of all the work with the consultants provided by the Group and internal resources and external suppliers
  • Monitoring the schedule, quality control of the deliverables, facilitation with the various stakeholders and communication
  • Monitoring the progress, highlighting potential risks and issues that may have a negative effect on the program, its component projects or threaten its implementation or the achievement of benefits;
  • Monitoring the quality and costs of the program, contributions to Business Cases and initiatives in conjunction with the Finance teams.
  • Play a leading role in resolving problems and conflicts that arise in the program
  • Analyses of local needs in Resources (human resources, skills, etc.), follow-up of their implementation;
  • Preparation of communications and governance materials for the Executive Committee and the Community of Managers

Requirements

  • Proven record of international (SC) PMO role
  • Languages: English - Dutch - (German is a plus)
  • Locations: Bilzen (Belgium) - Homeworking and potential travel to business units
  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: best estimate about 1 year
