Adoption Lead

£ per day PAYE
You would work PAYE through my consultancy client so you would receive holiday pay and pension as well as assistance in finding your next role! (Rate circa £ per day per day)
Ensure the change is deployed & adopted successfully in each country Pre-Release
Engage with all stakeholders before release to achieve a 'buy-in' for the proposed and upcoming changes
Review all risks to the specific release from Business Adoption perspective
Work with training team to embed the upcoming changes
Act as a channel between business users and Program team to communicate Target State and upcoming change while relaying back any issues/blockers towards acceptance and adoption of Target State
Propose workarounds as require to enable smooth transition
Obtain all risks sign-off from global COO
Oversee data migration lead activities and incorporate to adoption plan
Centrally manage the users profile
Develop and distribute all comms associated with the release for all stakeholders
Post-Release one month support
Provide metrics on system usage of live sites
Support with production issues and reporting
Define plan and track progress of adoption of FIG & CORP remaining countries on a day-to-day basis
Identify any Risks, issues, blockers towards each country adoption and work with Product Manager, Programme Manager and Work stream leads to resolve them
Escalate issues and risks to the release to the Programme Manager in time with the respective stakeholders to resolve them
Support local teams with pre and post adoption activities
Ensure all migration activities are planned, documented, signed-off by stakeholders. Agree & document 'case' migration strategy with key business stakeholders
Coordinate & complete data analysis and drive data migration solutions
Document detailed plan for case migration, sign-off with key stakeholders, and integrate to overall Release plans
Take ownership for reference data model for Orchestra
Ensure reference data requirements are captured for each release
Coordinate planning of reference data activities with RDM, IT & Fenergo and incorporate into detailed migration plan
Accountable for delivery of detailed migration plan/runbook for all above activities
Syndicate with all key stakeholders inc. Release Manager and Systems Integration Lead
Capture, document & escalate risks/issues to project/programme via Release Manager facilitate resolution
Execute migration plan/runbook, escalate issues
