A Global IT Consultancy are urgently recruiting for an ERP Change Manager to join their team on a remote basis.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Senior Management Consultant - specialist in Global ERP Change Management
- Possesses strong Oracle functional knowledge and track record in Oracle Change Management deliverables
- Covers specific functional areas as part of the Change Management Workstream namely Finance, Procurement, Projects (some overlap into HR side), CPQ (some overlap into HR side)
- Participated in functional workshops - in-depth knowledge of FD Technologies solution, organisation and business
- Led the co-ordination and articulation of key design decisions alongside Functional Consultants
- Established stakeholder relationships across BPO's and SME's, familiar with commercial landscape and pressures
- Leading on the cataloguing and scoring of Change Impacts for the above functional areas and hosting engagement sessions to validate findings
- Co-authoring Training Needs Analysis for the above functional area(s) and will be responsible for delivery of this work in the Define phase
- Co-supporting the development of a Business Readiness framework for the above functional areas ie developing the change network and readiness ownership Matrix
- Will be responsible for contributing to the business architecture and org design deliverable during Define Phase
- Will be responsible for contributing to the comms and engagement toolkit during the Define Phase
