Description
Insoft Services is an ICT Consultant Company and an Authorized Training Center for the most important IP vendors as Cisco Systems and Fortinet. We work mainly in EMEA Region and we want to increase our Sales Department in Northern Europe.We are looking for native/fluent Swedish speakers able to follow up with our customers (inbound and outbound).
Responsibilities
Manage and be reactive to the contacts we receive from our customers and potential customers
Handle the relationship with these clients
Do business development contacting cold clients and potential ones
Requirements:
2/3 years of experience in sales/customer care
Native/fluent in Swedish
Good knowledge of English
Availability to work during Central Europe Time
A previous experience in IT Sector or in a Training company will be highly appreciated.
