Senior Business Process Manager (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
  • Actively pursue implementation of the OneTransparency program in close collaboration with US sites 
  • Responsible to coordinate among US sites and Program Team to co-define and implement a global and cross-divisional state-of-the-art solution related to the US Transparency as well as Financial Sustainability Reporting 
  • Integral member of the program who is empowered to make decisions in line with the program guardrails as well as product owners
  • Chance to influence a high-profile program, and engage with senior leaders
  • Work actively on a global cross-divisional state-of-the-art solution
  • Manage and prioritize US business requirements in coordination with US subject matter experts
  • Propose and deliver a harmonized set of US business requirements to the program for review and approval
  • Manage main US stakeholders before and during implementation
  • Lead the US Squad 


Main qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education
  • Profound experience in at least one of the following areas: Business Process Management, Information Management/IT, Finance/Procurement, Compliance / operations
  • Strong knowledge of the US specific Transparency Reporting regulatory (US Sunshine Act as well as relevant state laws) and/or Financial Sustainability Reporting requirements 
  • Experience in SCP/ SAC as a Senior Business Analyst is an advantage
  • Proven methodological skills e.g. BPM, Six Sigma (DMAIC), agile ways of working (Scrum and scaled agile), continuous improvement (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen)
  • Agile mindset (speed, stability, flexibility) - work according to and bring in the agile mindset concept in daily operations
  • Ability to organize and manage large client workshops and excellent facilitation skills
  • Comfortable with handling ambiguity and taking decisions
  • Organizational and project management skills, especially in matrix structures, considering/balancing interests of senior stakeholders from different functions
