Description
Our client is looking for a project experienced Product Manager who can independently lead the scoping, prioritization and design in a recently launched B2B process transformation program.
Tasks:
- Independently analyze current performance and weaknesses, advise on opportunities.
- Advise the process design and CRM team to define and design solutions independently
- Independently structure complex issues into easy to understand messages and communicate effectively at all levels
- Advise and independently identify process and technology issues
- Formulation of scope and project dependencies
- Independently develop a workable approach to solution development
Must haves:
- Project experience as a data-driven and collaborative product management professional
- Project experience in designing B2B processes (with partners in mind) across multiple platforms and CRM transformation projects and their implementation
- Project experience in being responsible for the long and medium term vision and development roadmap for products.
- Speaks the language of IT and business: can translate business requirements into IT requirements
- Relevant project experience in services, preferably with a global management consulting firm
- Fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Project experience in change management and product management
- Project experience in conducting user story workshops and creating program setup/concept papers
- Project experience in designing and customizing B2B CRM processes
- Experience with Salesforce as the underlying CRM system
- Experience in e-commerce an advantage
