The Delivery Support Officer will have the following responsibilities:
Implementation of Talent Development programmes (eg A Year in Industry training programme for University students)
Implementation of a coaching process across DST

The service provided by the Strategic Learning and Development team is visible across the organisation with demanding delivery timescales, therefore the successful candidate will need to plan and prioritise work to ensure they can deliver at pace. We use agile techniques to plan, track and report on progress.
The ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders is an essential requirement.
The ability to collaborate with other colleagues to deliver the best outcome.
