Description
SAP HCM Onboarding & Recruitment Consultant is required by Whitehall Resources to work on a large complex Onboarding, Recruitment Management & SuccessFactors programme on an initial 3 month Contract, with potential extensions.
* This opportunity is fully remote & Outside IR35.*
Key accountabilities:
* Perform the role of HCM lead on a large SuccessFactors Onboarding/recruitment implementation including the facilitation of workshops and requirement gathering sessions
* Communicate effectively at all levels within the Customer organisations
* Design and implement Best Practice HCM solutions appropriate to Customer requirements and standards
* Keep up to date with SAP and wider HCM technologies and developments
* Delivery of complex solutions across a variety of different industry sectors
* Prepare specifications, estimates and solution documentation to support work completed
* Develop familiarity with clients operations and foster and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues to meet expected customer service levels
* Gain awareness of commercial arrangements with clients and contribute to these as appropriate
* Contribute to the continuous improvement within the HCM Team
Skill/Experience:
* At least 8-10 Years SAP HCM experience
* A minimum of 2 full implementations of SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
* Certified in SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
* Certified in Recruitment Management
* Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central to support Onboarding

* Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central
