Job Title: Mandarin Speaking Sales Management Assistant
Location: Reading
We have an exciting opportunity for a Mandarin Speaker with Sales management experience to join a leading technology company on a long-term basis.
What you will do
- Internal Meeting organisation and presentation material preparing.
- Sales Date statistics review and forecasts monthly, quarterly and yearly, also assist Department Director routine report.
- Communication with solution manager and account manager to collect the sales projects status.
- Manage customer activities and sort out the key customer relationship report.
- Assess current team processes and procedures, set up opportunities as task list, and implement them.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts regarding on annual sales target.
- Review customer orders and preparing the contract reviewing process
- Analyse customer orders, forecasts the delivery date and stock, also adjustments to meet timely.
- Analyse and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
- Perform customer negotiations for delivery data.
- Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentations.
- Build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.
- Other support for marketing activities.
The ideal candidate
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Results-oriented with strong analytic skills.
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- You will be able to remain calm under pressure.
