We are working with an investment management client who are looking for a CRM Operational Owner to own, manage and administrate their CRM system.
6 months contract - London based
Skills and responsibilities
Experience in any CRM system (for investment firms) is KEY
Previous experience in managing a CRM system within an organisation is essential
Reconcile the reporting into their current portfolio system to Filometrics
Excellent communication to train end-users on the functionalities of the system and to manage relationships with partners
Investment management industry experience
Knowledge of Agile work practices
