Account Manager- London- 6 months- £50-£56 ph PAYE
A global technology are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team on an initial 6 month assignment. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Solution Architect teams as well as managing a number of Partner Accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage superior customer service and communication skills to manage multiple cohorts of partners and their respective stakeholders with their day-today requirements
- Nurture relationships with cross- functional team members who will be critical partners in the day-to-day management, providing guidance and support for critical program and sales- related queries
- Ensure all partners are compliant and legal agreements and data are kept up to date and that any important changes to program, product or tools are clearly communicated out
- Support the assessment of system tolls and improvements to drive automation and simplify how partners can engage with and collect information
Skills/Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in technology/software partner sales
- Demonstrable knowledge of sales tactics and indirect routes to market
- An interest or experience contributing to or developing partner program material
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience using collaboration tools to conduct business and drive results
- Experience managing various competing workstreams, keeping everyone up to date and following through on delivery
