Corporate Finance Analyst - SAP/BPC - Transfer Pricing

A top global organization is looking for a Finance Analyst to join their team. This position can be done remotely.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage all aspects of the Transfer Pricing (TP) process
  • Setting TP into ERP system to enable shipments
  • Update and refresh of TP at key reporting periods
  • Manage risks and controls to meet the company priorities
  • Notify corporate finance of any initiatives that could require accounting consideration as part of reporting
  • Drive initiatives relating to data analytics and insights and process improvements
  • Building and documenting standard processes for resolving common issues
  • Continually assess controls in place and design and implement updates if required

TP Cycle activities will include:

  • Support calculation of key cycle TP updates
  • Collaborating to review calculations and provide support to Regional Managers with any queries about Costing and TP analysis.
  • Understand key drivers and assist end markets in preparing variance analysis at key reporting times
  • Analysis of transfer pricing movements
  • Review/reconcile the masterdata files for costing; TP and purchase information records (PIR)
  • Challenge on drivers received from Operation Finance
  • Produce TP presentation, notes and analysis for Board/Tax Committee

Skills and experience required:

  • Part or full accountancy qualification (CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA)
  • Ability to manage high volume of data and present in a simple way using all current systems to simplify and automate information management ie SAP/BPC
  • Experience using financial systems and processing of daily transactions (SAP/BPC)
  • Experience in Transfer Pricing desired
  • Ability to prioritise and resilience
  • Ability to identify process and reporting improvements and proactively implement solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to influence and challenge
  • Ability to maintain excellent working relationship with all stakeholders and to be a team player
