Senior Service Designer - Remote- 6 months -Inside IR35

Day rate: Market Rates

Harvey Nash's public sector client are currently looking to recruit a Senior Service Designer to join their team based remotely for a 6 month period. You will be responsible for the journey design and blueprint of the MVP and future state journey that fits with existing E2E outline and meet policy and bill objectives.

Main Duties:

  • Pinpoint identification and resolution to create a seamless experience for all users
  • Raising risks and helping to provide mitigation at a service level
  • Design of artefacts needed to help the service operate
  • Input to requirements/user stories that will define technical specification or functioning of tools/systems as appropriate
  • To identify further stages of development to deliver a future iterations of the service post launch, to be incorporated into a roadmap/backlog

Essential Skills:

  • Experience working with other UCD practices and in a user centred context
  • Experience working in a multichannel environment
  • Experience and proven track record delivering services and products
  • Experience working on sensitive user topics
  • Experience working with Agile and or multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience of working on manual/clerical process based environments
