Salesforce Commerce Cloud Hypercare Lead/£850 per day (Inside)/Immediate/3 months
A large, award winning UK business has recently implemented Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Mulesoft and is now looking for a talented Hypercare Lead to manage the system post go live.
The successful candidate will ideally have strong technical understanding of E-commerce systems as well as excellent business acumen.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting SFCC/Mulesoft systems post go live
- Running workshops
- Stakeholder management and requirements gathering
- Documentation
Ideally you will have:
- Previous experience in a Hypercare role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Salesforce certifications are a bonus
