Description
Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation in Glasgow/Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit an Associate Content Designer for an initial 6 month contract with the potential to extend on a rate of £260/day (inside of IR35). Due to the current circumstances this role will be remote based for the foreseeable future.Responsibilities:
- Engaging with stakeholders to build strong working relationships, working closely with others in the multi-disciplinary team to understand the business and system processes
- Analysis of business process documentation/requirements and using that documentation to create and publish operational guidance in the required format and to the agreed drafting standards
- Engaging with the organisation and key stakeholders at the earliest opportunity, working collaboratively in an Agile way to revise, test and evaluate updated operational guidance
- Provide support with queries about policy or operational guidance, helping colleagues to better understand them, and sharing information and data to support improvement of operational guidance
- Support and lead launch activities to drive the use of operational guidance and identify opportunities to coach and support people in their use
- Analysis of data, in particular Quality MI to identify improvements and themes to guidance/rewrites.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent drafting skills with an eye for detail and the ability to develop user centred operational guidance from complex business and system processes.
- Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written with the ability to deliver to a variety of audiences.
- Experience of stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in a project environment and awareness of project methodologies such as Prince 2, Agile.
