One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Service Manager.
The client needs someone that can work onsite in Malmo each week so the client is really looking for candidates based in Sweden or Denmark
Candidates must be fluent in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian.

Job Description and responsibilities
IT Service Manager responsible for securing that the Service/s meets the required level of functionality, cost and quality. Your responsibility spans across the entire life cycle from Service Strategy to Continual Improvement. You collaborate across departments and ensure that deliveries from different units and/or 3rd party partners are synchronized, effective and according to agreement. Additionally, the Service Owner is responsible for making the services orderable and life cycle managed. Focus on our Digital Workplace area - which includes workplace, mobility and collaboration (o365) services.
Technical capabilities
Strong experience from large scale IT (Infrastructure and software development) as well as commercial understanding.
Good knowledge of collaboration services such as Microsoft 365, Conferencing other modern workplace related technologies
Good verbal and written communication skills, cooperation and coordination skills across internal and external organizations. You actively looks for ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
A great listener, you're not afraid to look at things from different angels and accept there's something new for you to learn and consider.
