NHS Trainer (SystmOne)

6 Month Contract
£17 - 21 ph (Inside IR35)
NHS Trainer needed with experience of training NHS users on SystmOne Hub. 6 Month Contract. Start ASAP in late September/early October 2021.
Based out of a hub site in Leicester and travelling to GP Primary Care sites across Leicestershire + Rutland.
Key skills, experience + tasks include:
- Providing advanced training sessions for GP staff on advanced features + new processes of SystmOne .
- Must be an advanced user of SystmOne. Any further experience of EMIS Web would also be an advantage.
- Key Tasks: provide SystmOne training on advanced features, templates, searches, protocols, data entry + direct booking from 111.
- The primary objective of the training is to improve day-to-day GP service operations + to support higher quality data entry.
- Working collaboratively with NHS users + supporting Additional Reimbursement Roles (ARRs) for GP surgeries, CCG and Primary Care Networks (PCN).
- Past experience of NHS primary care, knowledge of GP processes + ideally an understand of NHS Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF).
- The Person: great communicator, collaborative, patient, professional, organised + helpful.
- Business mileage will be provided for any travel to sites away from the hub site in Leicester.
