Excellent Excel skills
Basic financial understanding in accounting
Experience working in an International company
Project mgmt skills (planning, scheduling, communication)
Change mgmt experience
IT integration/migration experience
Working with process and data mapping, aligning our HR & Finance processes and documenting new ways of working together with our field experts. It's important to be a structured and analytical person in this role
