Sourcing Buyer
Start date: ASAP
Duration: initial 6 months
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia (2-3 days working from home per week)
Mission:
- Lead the RFP process from Sourcing Strategy to Final Recommendation
- Manage day to day supplier's relationship
- Manage day to day of stakeholder's relationship
- Be responsible to collect and negotiate the third-party costs to be delivered to Sales when answering a request for proposal.
- Be in close communication with the sales team to understand challenge of the customer and support for the product and service we source externally
Qualifications/Experience Required:
Education
- Must - Minimum Graduate in finance, sourcing, commercial., fluent English (oral & written), Microsoft office. PowerPoint and excel, word, outlook
Professional Experience
- Must - Experience as a buyer/purchaser
- Nice to have - Exposure to multinational environment, experience in Telecom industry
Technical, Systems
- Must - Excellent use of Microsoft office and Plazza
Soft skills
- Must - Ability to engage, interpersonal skills
- Must - Ability to work under pressure and speed, meet deadlines
- Must - Open minded and willing to learn, confident and contribute
- Must - Ability to influence, convince
