Dynatrace Project Manager - contract - Paris - 12 months
Our client is urgently seeking a fluent French and English speaking Project Manager to manage a Dynatrace migration working fully onsite in Paris based on the specification:
Skills:
- You have professional experience in a similar role
- You have knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, Cloud Native environments and in particular the AWS and AZURE environments. You are aware of the need for continuous monitoring in order to guarantee the efficiency of infrastructures and applications.
- You have a thorough knowledge of Dev Ops and Performance Management, you are familiar with Gitlab, Jenkins and you have already managed continuous integration and deployment programs or projects, especially with the associated tests.
- You are used to managing programs in an international environment and have a solid foundation in project management as well as mastering time management techniques. You are also operational and can demonstrate by example when necessary
- You know how to be driven, or drive, by metrics and are concerned about the impact of your decisions
- You are fluent in French and English (B2 level or higher)
- You have experience with Dynatrace and ELK Kibana solutions

- You are able to communicate and argue in clear and synthetic terms and you take into account multiple points of view, both in writing and orally
Context & Activities:
- Teams are multidisciplinary (multi-technology, functional and technical domains), global (local and offshore) and multicultural: you will work exclusively in an international context, mostly in English
- As a Senior Project Manager you will be autonomous in the day-to-day functions of your domain and will eventually manage more junior consultants
- You will work to deliver solutions that best meet the needs of our client and its various bodies, in compliance with best practice, current standards (GDPR, etc.) and the client's own standards, using standard features or improvements. Your scope will cover activities such as
o Full organisation of requirement gathering workshops
o Understanding of the AS-IS phase 1 migration scope/processes, measurement of gaps to the target and proposal of relevant solution in deployment for phase 2 (the 2 year target)
o Study and application of recommendations from assessment or audit reports
o Intervention in support of pre-sales activities
o Knowledge sharing and feedback
