Job Summary
Job: Salesforce Technical Architect
Location: London, UK
Contract Length: 12months + Extendable based on performance
Rate - DOE
Technical skills
Demonstrated ability to design Field Service Lightning systems
Experience with waterfall and agile project methodologies
Experience with all aspects of full delivery life cycle including:
Roadmap/blueprint development
Requirements gathering
Gap analysis
Future state design
Coding practices and tool sets
Testing and post implementation support
Experience of ERP functional solution architecture
Knowledge of integration points and order of implementation
Knowledge of SAP integrations and cloud based integration tools
Understanding of migration from Legacy systems
Personal skills
Strong presentation development and presentation abilities
Experience of working with CxO level clients
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
Functional and professional experience to drive work products and deliverables of the highest quality
Demonstrated ability to manage a team including remote teams
Exposure to multiple industries with B2B and B2C business models
Demonstrate ability to identify and implement improvement to the delivery model. For example: increasing efficiency, mitigate risks, resolve issue and optimise cost savings
Successful track record of working on business development opportunities including sizing of efforts
Roles and Responsibilities
Design of solutions in the Salesforce environment in particular Field Service Lightning solutions
Requirements gathering including preparation and running client workshops
Management of delivery team including issue resolution
Full life cycle management of projects including time and cost control
Providing Subject Mater expertise to team and client
Management of client relationship including issue resolution
Experience and Education
Experience:
10+ years in IT
Minimum 8 years managing complex Salesforce Projects
Minimum 4 years implementing Salesforce Field Service Lightning
Education:
Bachelors Degree, Master Degree a bonus
Required Salesforce Certifications:
Sales Cloud Consultant Service Cloud Consultant Field Service Lighting certified Additional Salesforce certifications beneficial
